Lanelle Martin is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) who comes with over 20 years of an extensive business and financial background; which includes real estate, mortgage financing, profit and loss management, marketing, business management/consulting, regional training, human resources, just to name a few. She is a problem solver by nature and is known for her persistence and perseverance to find a solution for every situation. Lanelle strives to provide her clients and agents with the highest level of service while practicing uncompromising integrity. She works with her clients by following a Mortgage Planning Process as a CMPS, so that her clients are led toward successful home ownership and financial success. Lanelle's additional Certifications include: approved Washington State Continuing Education Course Instructor for Real Estate Agents, Instructor for Financial Advisor Continuing Education Courses, Washington State Housing Commission Homebuyer Instructor for the HouseKey and HomeChoice programs helping Buyer's of all needs to get into a home. Lanelle makes it a point to truly learn and understand her client's needs and works diligently to serve them in a professional and timely manner. Elena Unruh is Lanelle's Client Relations Manager and is in her seventh year of working with Lanelle and her team. Her experience extends into customer care, loan coordinating, client liaison, loan processing, marketing, joint agent marketing, and the list goes on!! Staying in constant contact with both the client and realtor to keep them informed and updated on the progress of each transaction; as well as arranging all the details with the escrow agent to ensure a smooth closing for all parties involved, is part of her standard duties and an absolute necessity in today's real estate environment. Elena stays in constant communication with all third parties within each loan transaction; which include realtors, brokered lender representatives, underwriters, appraisers, creditors, credit companies, landlords, banks, and employers etc. to ensure all pertinent aspects of the transaction are moving along efficiently. Jennifer, Jody, Cathy, and Janette, our amazing compliance, processing, and in-house underwriting team has worked in all aspects of the mortgage industry. From Loan Advisor, Escrow Officer, Funder, Underwriter, Loan Processor, to Processing Manager. Our "fully delegated" Underwriters can approve FHA and Government backed loans to include the Washington State HouseKey programs for first time buyer's down payment assistance and the disabled. As a result, they bring a high level of service, professionalism, and experience to the details of each transaction. Their knowledge and compassion in the midst of a complex situation helps to put our clients at ease throughout their transaction.
